Granica mikrobioloških zagađivača u sladoledima

Poštovani, U dodatku Vam šaljem upit. Vezano za standarde za sladolede ja sam pronašla odgovarajuće standarde, ali su mi potrebne infomacije oko postojećih propisa u BiH vezano za određivanje granica mikrobioloških zagađivača u sladoledima. Napominjem da sam na nivou Federacije BiH pronašla Pravilnik o mikrobiološkim kriterijumima hrane životinjskog porijekla ("Službene novine FBiH", br. 46/00).

Regarding technical regulations, in Bosnia and Herzegovina we have Regulation on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.11/13) from 12.02.2013 Annex I, Section 1 Food safety criteria, paragraph 1.13, ice cream, excluding product where the manufacturing process or the composition of the product will eliminate the Salmonella risk and Chapter 2. Process hygiene criteria, paragraph 2.2.8. ice cream and frozen dairy desserts.
